My back hurts.
I have a ton of stuff to do in order to get ready for my trip to California on Thrusday.
And did I mention my back hurts?
I was planning on going to Bodypump tongiht. I really was. But I have been in pain all day and I think that lifting weights won't help. I already have to lug heavy laundry down the block. That's a workout, right?
I think it's funny that I feel the most guilty about skipping a workout when I have valid reasons to do so.
