Last week's workouts.

Monday: Bike to gym, Bodypump class
Tuesday: bike ride (in the rain!)
Wednesday: 1/2 mile swim
Thursday: power walk
Friday: rest day
Saturday: bike ride
Sunday: rest day

I had planned on going for a bike ride yesterday, but twisted my ankle and deided to spend the evening with my foot elevated. Boo! It still hurts today, actually, but I walked to the store and it seems... OK. Not swollen or anything.
