Monday: I was camping... does packing up my gear in the rain count? LOL Tuesday: 40 minute power walk, 20 minute bike ride Wednesday: 40 minute power walk Thursday: 30 minute bike ride Friday: 1/2 mile lap swim Sunday: Lots of bike riding!
